Has your muscle ever cramped? Muscle cramps mostly happen when your playing a sport getting exercise. They can even happen when your asleep! The thing is, your muscle contracts or gets smaller and hardens. This happens for usually a couple minuets or seconds. Doctors say they can happen when your dehydrated or not in shape. When they happen, you can try to stretch it out or massage it because they usually don't go away on there own. BUt if you stand up right after it doesn't hurt anymore, so it can start to cramp again. A good way to get rid of cramps is to drink some pickle juice.
